This tubing is made of a slightly lighter weight material which some people find more comfortable to sleep with. It is smooth-bor and also has silicone rubber ends. The manufacturer claims that the lighter weights material has a shorters life expectancy. In our experience, if either the standard or lightweight tubing is properly take care of, they will both last a long time.
